A copy of what I emailed Mr. Joly, President of Intelcom in Canada:
Dear Mr. Joly,
I cringe every time I learn a supplier is using Intelcom for delivery!
The drivers never buzz, never phone, never bring the package to the door; I always see other Intelcom deliveries left in our lobby as well!
Our lobby is not a mail room!
The contract with Intelcom is to bring the package to the addressee's door, not to leave it anywhere else!
I should have a record of their contacting me (buzzer or call) on my phone; they didn't even send me a picture of where it was left!
Now it has disappeared!!
Every single time, I end up searching for my packages when Intelcom delivers them - I am seriously going to start requesting that my senders not use your company!!
Your customer service support line is ridiculous - all they do is pay lip service to the callers, agreeing that the driver was in the wrong and then do nothing!
I wanted them to contact the driver and get them to stop being lazy and BRING MY PACKAGE TO MY DOOR!!
Then I am told they do not have the driver's phone numbers - BLATANT LIE! The person I spoke to might not have the number, but that driver's boss does!! The driver's name is linked to the delivery tracking number!! Then I asked to speak to a supervisor - the supervisor would speak to me!!
Why are you providing such poor service in this technological age!!!
It is the driver's responsibility to deliver it correctly the first time - the only way to stop this unacceptable practice is to make them fix their mistakes!!! If they are trying to save time by dumping packages wherever they want instead of taking it to the addressee's door, then there should be consequences for their lazy behavior!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SEARCH FOR MY PACKAGE - IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR; IF THEY CAN GET INTO THE LOBBY, THEY CAN GET UP TO MY FLOOR - YOU ARE CONSTANTLY BREAKING YOUR CONTRACTS!!!
And a refund does not get me the product I need now - it is a discontinued one-of-a-kind item!!
Please look into this; I want satisfaction; otherwise, all the consumer advocacy groups and every online social media outlet will hear about this poor service!
The more people who know about your ridiculously bad drivers, the less likely you are to get business - if you want to think of this as a threat, fine, I am not worried.
Sick and tired of being pushed around by big companies thinking they can get away with whatever they want - I am doing something about it!

Intelcom managed to turn a simple delivery into a total nightmare. Despite my name and apartment number being clearly printed on the label, the driver dumped my package into an Expedibox assigned to the wrong person.

Because the access code was sent to that stranger, I cannot access my package.
If you think the delivery was bad, the "customer service" is a toxic joke. I spoke with agent Julie (Montreal), who was completely clueless. When I pointed out her lack of competency, she decided to lecture me on my attitude before hanging up on me.
I called back and spoke to Papou (Montreal), who was just as arrogant. Instead of fixing the driver's mistake, he spent the call talking down to me and acting as if I were the problem.

There is a clearly a disgusting work culture at this company where agents (who clearly have a poor education and are unfamiliar with the standards of service that are expected in Canada) feel entitled to be rude and unhelpful to the very customers who keep them in business.
Amazon needs to stop using Intelcom immediately.

They are negligent, unprofessional, and their staff lacks the basic social skills required for support. Avoid at all costs.

My package has been in my local town out for delivery for three days is the driver frigging sleeping for days what is even happening that a package is being sldelivered for three days that tells me this driver is a slack off and I feel very upset with their lack of response to this idiocy

1st package dropped over the gate, by the time it was picked up it had been opened (probably by someone passing by) the contents an air filter was obviously of no use so they left the filter and torn packaging.
Contacted customer service, took ive 80 mins to speak to someone, I received an apology and requested the next package be dropped over a closed fence by the front gate out of sight.
Fast forward to today the delivery day and I received notification that the package has been delivered and this was placed further down the driveway 15ft, and is in clear view as depicted by the photo attached to the delivery email notification.
I am in hope a friend can get to the house soon to collect the package before this is either opened or stolen!
