They never picked up the return parcel, they never rang the door bell!!!

The pick-up time for a return parcel was scheduled, but they never showed up. When I called customer service, it was horrible!

The Vietnamese lady told me that the driver showed up but, because it was a condominium, he couldn't get in! What nonsense! The only thing he had to do was dial 402! It's a regular condominium building like any other.

No special code, just dial my apartment number!

I've never had issues with any other delivery company! Terrible service!

Worst shipping service Ive ever interacted with,
Taken/stolen two packages off of my porch that they werent supposed to and denied responsibility and never returned the packages,
They never follow their own instructions and knock or speak to to an adult for pickup, and they dont show up half the time they say they will when you are waiting AND
The customer service is one of the worst Ive ever encountered they cant do anything other than read a tracking number and have zero competence with habdling Literslly any issue they just deny all responsibility for packages theyve stolen
Company contacted me about this review saying theyd resolve it they still claim to be trying to resolve it but they constantly have excuses for it being resolved and never actually finish the process, if it is ever actually handled like they claim they are doing I will update this.

I did not receive my refund for an item the driver picked up.

Terrible. The driver didnt answer when I called and I am yet to receive a refund for one of my return items.

This is completely unacceptable and I feel like he stole from me. I need to be issued a refund immediately.

This feels like a sham service. I am incredibly disappointed that no one has reached out to rectify this with me.

1st package dropped over the gate, by the time it was picked up it had been opened (probably by someone passing by) the contents an air filter was obviously of no use so they left the filter and torn packaging.
Contacted customer service, took ive 80 mins to speak to someone, I received an apology and requested the next package be dropped over a closed fence by the front gate out of sight.
Fast forward to today the delivery day and I received notification that the package has been delivered and this was placed further down the driveway 15ft, and is in clear view as depicted by the photo attached to the delivery email notification.
I am in hope a friend can get to the house soon to collect the package before this is either opened or stolen!

I had to return a package and thought a direct pick-up would be the best option. However, after navigating the website, I realized that I would have to be available all day to receive the service. This was not feasible for me due to my work schedule. Despite this, there was no accommodation available for time slots.
I tried to cancel my request, but there was no information on the website about how to do so.
This service may be useful for larger companies that have employees available to receive deliveries, but it is not very convenient for small businesses or individuals.
